What To Wear in Family Photographs

I designed some pieces for my friend Amanda and her daughter, Eliza, for their family photo shoot.  She wanted the pieces to coordinate without being too matchy, and she wanted them both on stretchy headbands.  The challenge was custom fitting the piece so that Eliza did not look like she was auditioning for Sweatin' to the Oldies.  The photographs looked beautiful and, I dare say, that the headbands did as well!  Here is a good look at how it all turned out.

Baby Accessorizing

One must learn to accessorize, it is rarely known inherently. What age should one begin learning? Probably infancy.

This is a sweet headpiece I created for an even sweeter baby. Miss Avery was so precious in her baptismal tunic dress and headband, that I hatched a plan to steal her, and I am very committed to it. Whether I burgle the child or not, she will undoubtedly know how to rock the perfect accessory!
